Before publishing the listing:

At the time of publishing your listing, you’ll have the option to indicate whether they are e-tickets.

If you then select the option “Yes, I have them”, the system will enable you to attach the tickets before you finish publishing your listing.

You will need to arrange the tickets properly so that they are sent to the buyer in an adjoining manner.

Once these tickets are sold, the buyer will be able to automatically download them.

After publishing the listing:

You can attach your e-tickets at any moment after the publication of your listing, simply by accessing ”My Account”, followed by “Sales”, Select the corresponding listing and Upload.

After the sale:

Go to “My Account”, followed by “Sales”, then select the corresponding sale and Upload.E-tickets must be uploaded as soon as possible, with 72 working hours before the event standing as the final deadline.
