If you’re changing your payment method from PayPal to direct deposit (or vice versa), first update your listing on a desktop.
- Go to My tickets > Listings
- Click the listing and Edit listing
- Use the dropdown under How do you want to get paid to choose PayPal or Direct deposit
- Save
- If you chose PayPal
- Go to Profile > Settings > Payment
- Under Payment options for selling tickets, check the PayPal account is correct. Click the pencil to update the email address.
- If you chose Direct deposit
- Go to Profile > Settings > Payment
- Under Payment options for selling tickets, click Add a new direct deposit account for selling
- Enter your billing address and bank account info and Save
- If you chose PayPal
