If you need to change where your tickets are being delivered and your tickets haven't been shipped yet:
1. Go to My tickets > Orders
2. Under the order, click Change delivery address
• If the address you want to use is already in your account: Select the address and click Change address
• To add a new address: Click Add a new address and fill in the required info
You can update the address to where you're staying (like a hotel, friend or family member's house). Contact the location first so they expect the delivery. Hotels may not hold packages long.
If you can't update your address: Please contact us. We'll need the full address to make the change.
